Johanna Booy is the Director of Care & Company. She is a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging and Medical
Exercise Specialist. Johanna is a care coordinator and advocate for seniors in
the greater Victoria area. More and more seniors are opting to 'age in place', remaining in their own home with help.
Care & Company provides a safe environment whereby the senior is able to live at home for as long as possible - the new choice for seniors and families alike - supplying both medical and non-medical staff to assist the senior at home.
We receive referrals from family physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care homes, and of course, satisfied families that have engaged her services in the past.
Johanna is a seniors advocate certified in Pastoral Care, Dementia Care, Senior Care Facilitation and delivery of Medical Exercise Therapy. Staff will accompany clients on appointments, providing confidential counsel and support, and report to families regarding such appointments. Assistance with file management and office organization is handled with experience and precision.

An in-home assessment is a free service offered to prospective clients. Johanna will meet with family and client to determine the scope of care needed. During this assessment, she will fully explain the services available and answer any questions you may have. These are important care decisions faced by family and the loved one in need.
